Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at vagusreset.co (the "Site") and any ebooks or other digital content sold through it (the "Products"). The Site is operated by Vagus Reset ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@vagusreset.co.

By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Product. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Our ebooks are licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and read the ebook for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, publish, or share the content with any third party.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting an order you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by purchasing a digital download and confirming you wish to receive it immediately, you expressly agree that the supply begins straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a remedy where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. If you believe a Product is faulty, contact us at hello@vagusreset.co.

All content on the Site and within the Products — including text, imagery, design, and trade marks — is owned by or licensed to Vagus Reset and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved.

You agree not to use the Site or Products in any unlawful way, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, and not to copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Products.

The Products and the Site are for general educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, please consult your GP or specialist before changing your routine. Always seek medical advice for new, severe, or worsening symptoms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Site or any Product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
